[ΑΥΤ]ΟΚΡ ΚΑΙC ΝЄΡ ΤΡΑΙΑΝΟC CЄΒ ΓЄΡΜ ΔΑΚ• Laureate head of Trajan to right, set on eagle standing right; to right, club. Rev. ΔΗΜ[ΑΡΧ] ЄΞ ΥΠΑΤ Є Laureate bust of Melqart-Herakles to right, lion skin tied around neck. McAlee 455 (Tyre). Prieur 1495 (Tyre). RPC III 3528. Lightly toned and of beautiful style, a splendid piece. A few minor marks and light die wear, otherwise, nearly extremely fine.
